These terms govern use of the Better Together service operated by IJIEsmBreak INC.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. This specific service is designed for mature adults in the United States.

Nature of the service

Better Together provides personalized matchmaking and introduction services. Availability depends on location, service capacity, screening, and suitability. No particular match, introduction, relationship, or result is guaranteed.

Fees and enrollment

The consultation is free. You pay only after a successful match through our introduction service. No matchmaking fee is charged before that point. The fee and the criteria for a successful match will be agreed with you in writing before the service begins. Completing the questionnaire or opening WhatsApp does not authorize a charge. A successful match or relationship outcome is not guaranteed.

Completing the questionnaire or opening WhatsApp does not enroll you or authorize payment. The fee, successful-match criteria, and service, cancellation, and refund terms must be agreed in writing before the service begins. No matchmaking fee is due before a successful match under those agreed criteria.

Cancellation and refund requests

You may stop the introductory questionnaire or initial inquiry without enrolling in a paid service. For a paid engagement, send cancellation or refund requests to [email protected], including your name, agreement or invoice reference, and the service you wish to cancel. Do not include payment card details.

If you cancel before a successful match, no matchmaking fee is due. If the agreed successful-match criteria have already been met, payment timing and any refund eligibility are governed by the written agreement accepted before the service began. This page does not promise an automatic or unconditional refund after a fee becomes due. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If any payment, renewal, cancellation, or refund condition is unclear, request written clarification before accepting the agreement or making payment.

Appropriate use

You agree to provide accurate information and follow the Community Guidelines. Fraud, harassment, exploitation, compensated dating, underage activity, and illegal conduct are prohibited.

WhatsApp is a third-party service governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
