The consultation is free. You pay only after a successful match through our introduction service. No matchmaking fee is charged before that point. The fee and the criteria for a successful match will be agreed with you in writing before the service begins. Completing the questionnaire or opening WhatsApp does not authorize a charge. A successful match or relationship outcome is not guaranteed.

Completing the two-detail consultation request and asking initial questions does not cost anything and does not enroll you in a service.

Pay only after a successful match

Our introduction service charges a matchmaking fee only after a successful match. No successful match means no matchmaking fee. Contact us to discuss the fee and the service before deciding whether to proceed.

Your written quote

• Total price in USD and any applicable taxes or additional charges.
• Included services, duration, and any agreed introduction arrangements.
• The agreed criteria for a successful match and how that outcome will be confirmed.
• When payment becomes due after a successful match, together with cancellation and refund conditions.

Before any payment

Before the service begins, you will receive the proposed fee, the criteria for a successful match, and the cancellation and refund terms in writing. You decide whether to accept them. Payment becomes due only after the agreed successful-match criteria have been met.

No automatic enrollment

Opening WhatsApp, reviewing a prepared message, or speaking with a matchmaker does not create a paid membership or authorize a charge.

See the cancellation and refund section. Review your written service agreement before the service begins; it must describe the successful-match criteria and the conditions that apply after a fee becomes due.
